libtmux_easy - Python libtmux wrapper for easier programmatic creation of tmux sessions.(NPO-53961-1)

A wrapper around libtmux for easier creation of tmux sessions with python. Doing so is possible in libtmux, but there is quite a bit of boilerplate still. This wrapper lib makes session creation easy and provides some quality of life features. Creating a tmux session is a useful way to manage multiple processes.
