NASA is currently reviewing inclusion of AI and Cloud environments into future Software Usage Agreement (SUA) language. Current SUAs cannot be modified to include utilization of these environments. Notification of the updated language will appear in this banner. Once any changes are incorporated into the SUA language, resubmission of SUA requests post update may be required to ensure compliance with NASA policy on utilization of NASA software in these environments.
