Spectrometer Masks(NPO-52379-1)

The spectrometer mask software identifies instances within remote sensing data of clouds, flares from oil and has manufacturing, and specular reflection, used for bright targets that may indicate false positive gas plume detection. Subsequent imagery is generated and used as a mask for the remote sensing imagery.
