CryoFab: Harmonic Analysis of Isotropic Fields on the Sphere with Arbitrary Masks(NPO-52134-1)

CryoFaB, derives a harmonic basis adapted to the survey geometry of a galaxy survey. It does this in 2Don the sphere and 3D similar to a spherical Fourier-Bessel decomposition. CryoFaB can also be used to calculate the pixel window and effect of the geometry on the power spectrum.
