FROST: Frequency Response Open-Source Toolbox(LAR-20732-1)

FROST is a MATLAB library for estimating frequency response functions from measured digital data. It consolidates a wide array of state-of-the-art techniques spanning the literature across multiple fields into a single, unified package. FROST supports frequency response estimation for single-input and multi-input systems, open-loop and closed-loop systems, and for periodic and arbitrary broadband data. Additional capabilities include spectral estimation, uncertainty quantification, excitation input design, general time- and frequency-domain data analysis, and numerical optimization. The software is open-source and has no dependencies beyond base MATLAB.
