Skyglow Estimation Toolbox (SET)(LAR-19184-1)

This script models light pollution from differing azimuth and beta angles, create hemispheric models of light pollution at given points on the landscape, and generate products relevant to decision makers in the park service, or any regional actor interested in examining the effects of light pollution on natural resources.
