Overview
HDF-EOS Metadata Updater (HEMU) enables users to modify metadata inside an HDF-EOS file (either HDF-EOS2 and HDF-EOS5). The tool can be used to extract metadata from a dataset to a text file that can then be modified with any text editor; replace metadata with text from an external file; or update metadata with text from an external file.
